LITTLE LEAGUE UPDATE

I've found that this blog is a good way to keep ya up with our little league team.

Mets lost a tough one, 4-2 to a good Indians team last night. After winning 4-1 last week, against the Royals, that makes our record 1-1-1.

Noah played second and catcher, had a few hits. Lexi, after her outstanding debut with a double, has had problems at the plate. All a confidence issue. Girl, you'll start rockin it!

Hailey, my youngest, tells me I need to blog about her more. I feel guilty, because she is not old enough for little league. Few more years for her. She has to sit and watch (and snack on peanuts). She's been a trouper, even cheering with the kids in the dugout!

Lexi's first hit in Little League!

WOW! What a way to start your little league career! Lexi wanted to be on the team really bad..and now is her year! Before the game, she said she was nervous and didn't think she could "play" with the boys. Check out her first at-bat! Her second one was caught by the dude playin' third. Great game, Roo (that's her nickname)
